Jewish Farm Field Trip

Join Oseh Shalom Religious School for a Jewish Farm Field Trip at Pearlstone in Reisterstown, MD

On this trip, students will learn more about Tzaar Baalei Chaim (prevention of animal suffering) – and caring for animals. We will learn from farmers about animal caretaking and visit chickens and sheep. We will also visit wild animals on the wooded property. Older children will observe sheep-shearing and understand the importance of a sheep haircut!
