Zoom: Social Justice Committee Meeting

Ready to take the next steps in engaging in social justice work as an Oseh Shalom community? Join us for our next Oseh Shalom social justice committee meeting on February 2 at 7:00pm to hear from guest speakers from Adat Shalom on their social justice programming and to join an Oseh Shalom working group on one of our three issue areas: racial justice, immigration justice, or environmental justice. These working groups will decide how we as an Oseh community want to focus our social justice efforts in each of the three areas. They will plan social justice activities for the shul, which can include attending issue area lobby nights, advocating for particular pieces of legislation, and bringing in issue area speakers/training for the congregation.
