What is Your Conflict Style? RDEI Special Session
3:15 pm to 4:15 pm

The RDEI and Social Justice Committees invite you to a practical workshop on Yom Kippur afternoon led by a professional social worker Alana Tipton. Participants will gain an understanding of their own conflict style and learn to use self reflection to regulate oneself during challenging conversations.
