Torah from Jerusalem – Taught by Dr. Melila Hellner-Eshed

January 4, 18, and 25, 9:15-11am.

Zoom only, although a room at Oseh can be reserved for those who would like to be online together.

These three sessions are an invitation to explore the various layers of meaning and interpretation of Parshat B’haalotcha (Numbers 8:1-12;16) through Melila’s unique and vibrant approach to learning Torah. Melila will be speaking with us from her home city of Jerusalem, sharing her torah and also some of her experience as an Israeli living through these tumultuous times. Melila is one of Rabbis Josh and Daria’s favorite teachers of Torah in the world! Half of the spaces in this class are reserved for those in the Adult Bnai Mitzvah class, so space is limited and you must preregister by Jan. 2, 2026.
