In Person: Intro Session: Returning the Shekhinah to Zion Through our Bodies

In Person Only:

The Amidah reminds us that the Shekhinah will return to Zion/our sacred land.

Zion can also refer to our bodies. The Shekhinah is in exile because our attention, understanding and connection to our bodies is deeply broken. With this break, our power plummets, and we stay stuck in cycles we yearn to be free of.

At this time of great disruption to the structures we relied upon, we are being called to gather in our greatest capacities as human beings, and evolve ourselves to co-create the next evolution of what is possible on this earth.

To do this we:

1. need all our power, and
2. need the Shekhinah back within us, helping us act in greatest alignment and from a place of purest integrity,
3. must intimately know what we are holding within the cells of our being, and
4. grow our capacity to move what is within us through us, so we can
5. act from a place of clarity and power.

This 5-session class series is for women who are tired of being stuck in patterns of powerlessness, and want to help usher the Shekhinah into this world.
