Join Laurie Dubrow as she discusses Introduction to Co-Counseling

Laurie Dubrow will present a brief introduction to the theory and practice of Re-evaluation Counseling, a peer process using compassionate listening that promotes emotional healing. This process, when applied consistently, can help us release emotions and re-evaluate prior experiences, improve relationships with others, increase zest for living, free ourselves from the impact of oppression, and be better allies to others. After the presentation, we will divide into pairs and be given the opportunity to exchange listening time and talk about our individual life experiences. This activity will take place on the same zoom login used for the Shabbat services.
