If you live in Montgomery County and have questions about local government, this session is for you.
Why organize locally? How does the Montgomery County Government work? Who are the new Councilmembers? What changes are possible with a new Council? Find out answers to all of these questions and more at JUFJ’s virtual Montgomery County 101 program, where we’ll learn about the basics of local government and how to be effective advocates, and leave you inspired to take action for meaningful change.
This program will include many breaks for questions, with an optional 15-minute discussion at the end.
You will receive a Zoom link after RSVPing at this link. Please let us know of any accommodations needed to make this program accessible to you in the sign-up form.
