Cantor Requirements Discussion

Chevre, this Sunday we’ll be beginning our discussions as we start our search for a new Cantor. As you recall, our goal is to have a new cantor in place by the 2021 High Holidays. This Sunday we’ll be talking about the qualities/skills we’d like to see in our new cantor (recognizing that we probably won’t find a human possessing all of them). John will also be soliciting volunteers to be on the committee that will do the tachlis work of creating a job description and engaging in a formal “cantor search process”.
