Sometimes “less is more”!

10:00 – 11:00 Chanting.  Join Rabbi Daria for a Shabbat shacharit where we will sing selections of the morning prayers or Jewish liturgy that connect to the themes of these prayers in a way that goes deeper vs. broader, allowing us to open our heart and soul. No background necessary. Come with an open, curious heart.

11:00 – noon Torah Study.   How does our sacred text on this Shabbat of “consolation” (Shabbat Nachamu, the Shabbat following Tisha b’Av) relate to our lives? We’ll look at the text, other voices, and add ours to the mix.

Come for any or all of this morning’s flow. Note: Weather permitting, we will be outdoors, right outside our building, in the shade.
