Chanting and Meditation

Did you know: chanting is not just for protests and to be done outwardly? or for yoga and to be done in Sanskrit?

Join Rabbi Daria most months for a Shabbat service based in Hebrew chant. Come prepared to go “deep” instead of “broad” with the liturgy as we lift up and focus on just a handful of the words, tapping into them in new ways that can affect us powerfully internally and externally, on an individual and group level.  These Shabbat services still include Torah study.  See the calendar link for dates.
