DESCRIPTION:Our bodies (“soma”) hold so many conscious and unconscious 
 stories\, and these stories hold so much energy. Unseen stories and energy
  will dictate how life unfolds for us\, unless we allow them to come forth
  and move through us. Join Rabbi Daria for some gentle practices in which 
 we connect to our body\, some of the energies and stories within\, and all
 ow them to be held within the supportive space of Shabbat.  No background
