DESCRIPTION:Want to honor and say thank you to an Oseh Shalom congregant wh
 o has exemplified what it means to be an engaged Synagogue member by being
  a super volunteer?  Super volunteers are people who regularly and consi
 stently contribute their time to help Oseh Shalom operate and thrive. Fil
 l out this form with your nomination(s)  by January 3rd at 5pm.  Make
  it sweeter with an optional chai ($18) or double chai ($36) donation to t
 he Oseh Shalom fund of your choice.  Honorees will be recognized at the F
 riday January 31st  2025 7:30pm service in special program booklet follow
 ed by a special desert Shabbat.  Please use nomination link below by Janu
